Yes I’m going out today, winter afternoon light for sure! Here’s Friday’s start….

I painted what I’ve been biking by for a long time, thinking I ought to try, and realize I must go ahead and just DO it, the neighborhood I’ve lived in almost 18 years.  The feral cat areas are next!  SO I got to talk to the owner, Ray, and he said he believes the Quan-sit (?) Hut was brought from Mare Island via a Plymouth in 1943, by one Dave Silva, (hm mm a Portuguese cousin who changed to more americanized name from Silveira)?!

NOW I must say that I could not get the vantage point I wanted to make the hut the actual focal point, may do a series, circling the Quonset.
